Closing with an appreciation moment and an open mind to living well.

Lids wants to create this particular platform to showcase all of the ways to live a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally with a specific focus on the black, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) communities.

This year’s theme is “Physical & Mental Health with a Holistic approach to living well.”

Amid the pandemic, Lids_Live_Well played a critical role in continuing to provide wellness and nutrition services to our community. The current pandemic has impacted wellness in a big way. Obesity numbers and cases of mental health issues have risen significantly. We want to educate and provide a platform where resources can be shared and we can empower participants to take a significant role in becoming healthier.
