Join us for the Nothing Down About It 5k run/walk and Kids Run, taking place Sunday, October 16th at Marymoor Park! This race is a fundraise for the Arc of Snohomish County, in conjunction with down syndrome awareness month in October.

Not only is this a great, healthy family activity, more importantly - It is a GREAT way to bring people together to raise awareness for and celebrate those with special needs in our community and how we can continue to educate and help improve the lives of those around us.

Each participant will receive a participant shirt, finishers medal, race bib, and after race snacks and goodies!

100% of race proceeds and donations will go directly to the Arc of Snohomish County, one of the largest advocacy groups in the US working for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be fully included as citizens who live, learn, work, and play in their community.
