The Journey 5K: Running For Women's WellnessSaturday, October 1, 2022 | 9am| Frank Liske Park, Concord, NCThe Journey Collective Inc. is inviting all women, men, families, children, and pets to participate in The Journey 5K! In memory of Audrey L. Ward, this 5K is purposed to raise awareness of the importance of women's spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial wellness. Whether you walk, run or come out for general support, you are invited to this high-energy time of celebrating and encouraging women’s wellness.The Journey 5K is an in-person walk/run happening on Saturday, October 1st, 2022 at Frank Liske Park in Concord, NC. This event will kick off at 8am and by participating in The Journey 5K, you are helping to provide resources that impact the spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial wellness resources to women across the country! These resources include guest speakers, healthy cooking classes, stress management workshops, financial literacy sessions, and MORE!When women are empowered in their wellness goals, families are strengthened and communities are made better! Consider hanging out after the race for family-friendly activities for the whole family!Note: We can only guarantee t-shirts for participants who register by September 12th. However, all participants will receive a specially curated Journey 5K box filled with freebies!
