Join Us In Celebrating Buffalo and the 716!
It's our day!
We kick off the morning with "Yoga for Runners" from 8:15am - 8:45am led by Eric Heard & Petrina Bursie of "Yogis in Service".
*Please bring your own mat to participate in Yoga. Yoga is capped at 20 participants for space purposes.
At 9:00am we'll head out on a group Run/Walk on a 3.25 mile route that will spell out "716" on your Garmin or mapping software!
Nathan will be at 7run6 to do wear tests with vests & handheld options, along with Power bar samples!
You can choose between Yoga Only, Run/Walk Only or BOTH!
Afterwards, stick around for post workout bagels & mimosa bar!
