Description
Race for brighter days! Join us at this year's Tidewell Trot - Tidewell's signature 5K and 1-mile event on Saturday, November 5 around the lake at Nathan Benderson Park. Bring the family to support the Tidewell Foundation and make life brighter for all those served by Tidewell Hospice and other nonprofit Empath Health Affiliates in our region. The 5K begins at 8 a.m. and the 1-mile run/walk begins at 8:15 a.m.
Participants receive a race T-shirt and finisher's medal as well as awards for age group and top finishers
Afterward enjoy a vendor fair, food and drinks, and fun! Sponsorship opportunities are available! Call 941-552-7651 for sponsorships or more information.
Individuals and teams who raise additional funds are eligible for other great prizes!
