HERO Kids Sports Summer Field Day for Temple Sinai! We'll meet together for a fun morning of HERO field day games and activities! Specialized sports program utilizing biometric exercises that will promote the development of gross motor skills, coordination and balance. We not only teach sports fundamentals, sportsmanship & how to become a team player, we also teach the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
