US Road Running Medal Madness 
Everyone will select one of our medal madness finisher medals at each race.
Everyone that runs 3 US Road Running races in one calendar year will receive the triple challenge medal.
Everyone that runs 5 US Road Running 5K races in one calendar year will receive the 5-5K medal.
Everyone that runs 10 US Road Running 10K races in one calendar year will receive the 10-10K medal.
Everyone that places in the top 3 age groups for the series will receive a series award medal at the end of each year.
All medals must be picked up at one of our races.
Runners that finish first will have the first pick of the finisher medals.

Dunkin' Donuts Cruiser
Warm up with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate before or after the race!  Dunkin' Donuts will have their Cruiser set up near the start/finish line to sample hot and cold drinks.  All participants are welcome to enjoy a drink from 8am to 11am!

Packet Pickup and Registration
Packet pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
All runners must register on RunSignup.
No on-site registration.

US Road Running Tech Shirts For Sale
Runners are able to purchase US Road Running tech shirts during packet pick-up or after the race.
All shirts are $10 and are available in a variety of sizes and colors- first come, first served!

Race Rules
Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions. 
We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. 
No dogs on the course.
Walkers are always welcome.

Giveaway
Since 2014, Central York School District's Panther Pantry has provided food and household items to families living in poverty.  
Student volunteers will be collecting donations for the pantry at Cousler Park races.  
Any runner who brings food or household items to the race as donations to the pantry will receive entries for a special giveaway prize (1 entry per item donated).
