Come and join forces as heroes around the city unite to destroy Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

The Hero 5K is a fun-filled family-friendly charity race benefitting My DMD Hero, a local non-profit organization providing children with life-changing mobility equipment.

All participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite hero costume, t-shirt, or apparel and use their super speed to make a difference.

This event is kid-friendly and wheelchair friendly so that anyone can be a hero in the fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
