Your Impact

Proceeds benefit Strides in Recovery, a non-profit based in Palos Verdes.  We help people with substance use disorders grow physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger so they can do their best at the hard work of recovery.  We achieve these outcomes by coaching people in addiction treatment programs to complete events ranging from 5Ks to full marathons. Many of these newly clean and sober individuals will be participating in this event.

For more information, visit us online at StridesInRecovery.org

Shoe Donation Opportunity

Strides in Recovery helps people in addiction treatment programs grow physically, emotionally, and mentally stronger by training for 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons. Because many of our participants are formerly homeless or incarcerated, or have lost everything due to their addiction, they do not have a good pair of running shoes.  You can help.

Please bring your new or gently used running shoes with you on event day, and give them to us at the Strides in Recovery both. We'll get them to our team members who need them.

Thank you!
