Description

Camp includes instruction and a camp t-shirt. Campers will need to be dropped off and picked up each day. Hotel and travel arrangements are not provided. Campers must secure their own overnight accommodations. Information on local accommodations is available upon request. Lunch will be available each day for an additional add-on fee. This camp will provide instruction in the short and long sprints, hurdles, horizontal and vertical jumps, shot put, discus, and javelin. Please note campers wishing to participate in the throwing events must provide their own implements. Considered to be one of the finest track facilities in the nation, the William Weaver Track and Field Complex will provide campers with unparalleled facilities during our camp. Additionally, campers will have access to our 200m indoor track facility guaranteeing uninterrupted instruction if weather issues arise. Our staff of nationally recognized coaches will offer individual attention to each camper in the latest training techniques. The enrollment of this camp will be limited to provide a low camper to instructor ratio ensuring each camper has a wonderful experience.
