Description

"The Couch to 5K in Lincoln, RI will be a fun, family-oriented race. This course will be flat and fast. All participants will receive a finishers medal and the top male and female will receive an award. Proceeds will go towards camp scholarships this summer. People of all ages and abilities are welcome. The race day is June 12^th beginning at 9am and the start/finish is at the MacColl Ymca.
