**NEW 5K "Fun" Run: The 5k run is for Mermaids and Mermen! The run starts on the wharf and finishes on the beach! Great for friends, family and spectators

**NEW Sprint Aquabike: The Aquabike is a swim/bike event that does the sprint swim and sprint bike course. The Aquabike finishes in the transition zone after the bike.

Celebrating it's 18th year! The Mermaid Triathlon & Duathlon is the longest running women's triathlon in California. Perfect for the 1st time triathlete! Capitola offers an ocean swim around the wharf, views of the Pacific Ocean, fun bike course featuring a gradual climb into the coastal redwoods, followed by a run on the ocean bluff overlooking Capitola Village.

*Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike and Virtual participants receive a stylish women's cut shirt, custom finisher's medal & necklace.

*The 5k Run participants will get a "Find Your Happy Pace" medal & necklace and can choose from a Merman or Mermaid shirt from our Mermaid Apparel booth.

Customize your SWAG (Save up to $20): Registration includes a race shirt, finisher medal & necklace. If you don't want all the swag you can remove items during registration and reduce your entry fee.

Training Clinics:
We will be planning some training clinics at the end of summer. Dates for these clinics will be finalized towards the end of Spring.
