Cross Country Run or Walk

The 5K is held on a working three generation farm.    The trails are wide with water crossings.  Walkers and Runners of all ages are welcome to attend. Runners will be at the start of the finish line.  You can either set a PR (personal record) for the course or walk at a leisurely pace.  A portions of the event's proceeds will be donated to the ALS ASSOCIATION.  #runtodefeatals.   ALS is the disease that ultimately took the life of Winfall's lead farmer, husband, dad, grandfather and know it all, Bill Woodbury.  The members of the family welcome you to the farm to run or walk in honor of Bill and enjoy the beautiful Virginia countryside.
