Are you a new runner or walker who has never completed a 5k? Have you had some time off from running, or have you taken part in one event but want support completing a second? If so, this club may be right for you! Our 5K Training Club will follow the Couch to 5K nine week program. The club will meet for an instructor led, group treadmill workout 2 times per week and provide an additional run/walk for you to complete on your own 1 time per week. At the end of our nine weeks of training, the club will all run a 5K event together!
