Description

Please plan to join us for the 2nd. annual running of the “Woodstock Waltz 1M” (formerly the “Walk through Woodstock”) to benefit the Chattahoochee Technical College’s Foundation!  This Amazing one-mile Run/Walk will be held Saturday morning, March 12th at 10:00 AM in front of Chattahoochee Tech’s  Downtown Woodstock Campus located at 8371 Main St.  

Come enjoy this unique 1M Route (Race it! Run it! Jog it! Walk it! Waltz it!) that starts and finishes near the arches on campus and will utilize portions of Main Street and the surrounding neighborhood(s).  Proceeds from the race go to benefit the Chattahoochee Tech Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization that supports the mission of Chattahoochee Technical College by making higher education an affordable reality for students! Plan to join us post-race for our awards presentation and to learn a little bit more about the great work Chattahoochee Tech does for its students and the community!  Then hang around a little longer after the race and enjoy all that Downtown Woodstock has to offer (as it's ALL walking distance from the start/finish line!)  

Registration:
*$25 Pre-Race Registration Fee (Runs until 11:00 PM, Sunday evening, March 6th.)  
*$35 Race Day Registration Fee 

1M Start-Finish & Race Day Parking:
*Both the Start & Finish Lines are located right in front of the campus “Arch” in front of the downtown Woodstock Campus, 8371 Main St., Woodstock, GA. Re: Race Day Parking There is plenty of race day parking in the lot adjacent to the Woodstock Campus in the lower lot (by entering the lot off Dobbs Rd.)

*9:45 AM Race Day Registration Closes
*10:00 AM 1M Start Time
*10:40 AM Awards Presentation 

Pre-Registration Packet Pick up:
*Pre-Registration Packet Pick up will be held Friday, March 11th. From 10 AM-5:00 PM just inside the main building on the Woodstock Campus located at 8371 Main St. Additional information will be forthcoming to registered runners via email regarding the packet pick-up location and time(s).  

Awards:
Awards will be given to the following: 
*Top 3 Overall Male and Top 3 Overall Female Winners
*Top Masters Male and Top Masters Female Winners
*Top 3 Male & Female in the following Age Categories: 10-Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over
