The Edinburgh Santa Fun Run & Walk 2021 fundraising Santa’s will run, jog or walk around West Princes Street Gardens. Spread over a 2.5km circuit, this event is a great way to enjoy time with friends and family, whilst raising money for a deserving cause, When You Wish Upon A Star.

What’s more, you don’t have to be a runner to take part. 

All money raised from the Edinburgh Santa Fun Run & Walk will be used to help fund Wishes creating the most magical of memories for our Wish children.

The Edinburgh Santa Fun Run & Walk 2021

Sunday 5^th December 2021 at West Princes Steet Gardens, Edinburgh

 

• Registration starts at 9.30am with a Festive Warm Up from 9.30-10.45am

• Race starts at 11am

* Event Finishes at 3pm

* There are multiple on Street paid parking facilities around the city centre of Edinburgh. On a Sunday some designated areas of the city centre are FREE to park. 

* Travel: West Princes Street Gardens is at a central point off Princes Street where you can gain access to the gardens from all gates. 

* West Princes Street Gardens is located on ALL major bus routes and tram lines: please visit: www.lothianbuses.com/ for more information

* If coming from out of Edinburgh via a train we would recommend to choose Edinburgh Waverley Station as your destination point and then walk over to West Princes Street Gardens

* On the day - please bring with you:

* Photographic ID

* We all love the Scottish weather and with our event being held in December we ask all Santa's and Elves to think about leaving behind their Flip Flops, shorts and t-shirts for the event and dress accordingly for the time of year.

We are working with the team at West Princes Gardens who will have the paths cleared for our event!

Do not bring large bags with you for the Edinburgh Santa Fun Run & Walk

There will be no bag drop off during the event ALL participants must keep all belongings on them at all times.
