The running group will meet every Thursday at 6:30 p.m starting January 6th ! Each training session will focus on running/walking and stretching. All fitness abilities are welcome and encouraged to participate. Runs will be held rain or shine, snow or sleet! If we have inclement weather, we will still meet at the bar for your beverage and prizes! The cost of the training program is $30 per person which includes: 1 post run each week, a 4 week training plan, a R2P gloves and weekly raffle prizes!
