ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. YOU CAN REGISTER IN PERSON AT PACKET PICK UP AT UP & RUNNING, 3233 N. MESA STE.205
FROM 3PM TO 6PM.

On-line pre- registration until Tues. Oct. 19
8 p.m. M.D.T.   $30 each race ($5 Military discount and to finishers of April 24 Sleeping Lion Trail Runs!)

Limited packet pick-up morning of race 
7:30> 7:45.  Please confirm with us ahead of time.

SWAG
T-shirts to all entrants. Men's and women's sizes available.  Please choose accordingly.
CAPS (baseball style)-- race IS called "Rocky CAP" -- and medals to all FINISHERS.  You must finish distance for which you sign up.

Awards to the first 4,  M/ F overall each race.
No age group awards.

** loop goes out into remote areas of park (in woods down by I-10) 

Loop = 5 miles.  Limited aid (bottled water, coke, sprite only) midway through the loop
Main aid station near start/ finish.
Please carry adequate fluids with you.  These are hilly, Rocky trails.  Be prepared for any type of weather.

Despite many hard hours of work by local mountain bikers, hikers and Rocky Cap race directors, many of the trails are still extremely eroded and overgrown.  Even the flood of 2006 did not cause so much destruction.

For sure we will start and finish at picnic Pavillion by soccer field, run around South Peak (above Redd Road), across both the first and second dams, and through somewhat wet area below doggy park.
