Welcome back!

K9 Memorial Park is organizing a second 5K walk & run this fall in Fall River, Massachusetts. This event will be Halloween-themed and will also be held during the night! The race route will be routed along the beautiful Battleship Cove area which is located on the historic Fall River waterfront. Also nearby is the newly built Veterans Memorial and several waterfront restaurants. For the big reveal, interested participants will be able to get a tour of our brand new, K9 Memorial Indoor Dog Park!

The purpose of this road race is to bring dog lovers and members of the community together in a safe environment that is both fun & competitive. The 5K Halloween Hustle is open to runners of all ages and will include games, prizes, music & more! Also joining us will be Warrior HIIT Fit & 525 Nutrition!

There will be ample parking for all attendees near the event check-in area. 

The race will begin at 7:00 PM and will be routed as follows:

1. Race start at boat ramp lot towards the Fall River Bicentennial Park walkway.

2. Park walkway towards Fall River Heritage Center.

3. Race turnaround at Heritage Center trail towards park walkway.

4. Race finish line at boat ramp parking lot. 

After the last participant crosses the finish line, there will be several exclusive events that include the following:

-Best Halloween Costume Contest

-Raffles & Prizes

-Food Truck

-Tour of K9 Memorial Park

*Important Information*

Unlike our previous K9 5K walk & run, K9s will not be permitted on the race route. 

Glowstick necklaces will be available on race day for all participants.

Event T-shirt’s will be available on race day for pickup.

The race route will be clearly marked with directional arrows throughout.

The race route will include multiple water stations that will be placed throughout the course.
