Description

Come run through the country side of Eatonton Georgia at the Swamp Stomp 5K and Fun Run.  Don't worry, you will not be running through any swamps.

Event details and schedule

Race day Registration and Packet Pickup: Begins at 1:30PM

Fun Run: Starts at 2:30PM

5K: Starts at 3PM

Awards: Given after the 5K. Overall and Masters male/female, overall Gatewood student male/female, overall Gatewood Alumnus male/female and top finishers in age groups beginning with 8 and under to 75 and over. Fun Run open to all ages.

Shirts and Goodies: Shirts are guaranteed to those who register for in-person event by 9/9/21.  Those registering after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Timing and Results: Finish line management provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classiconestop.com, www.classicraceservice.com, www.active.com, and www.athlinks.com

Series Affiliation: The race is part of the 2021 Black Bag Race Series and Clover Glove Race Series.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
