Description

Formerly the Walton Half Marathon in Monroe, Georgia.  The Half Marathon course is mostly flat and fast.  It is USATF Certified and is an Official AJC Peachtree Road Raace Qualifying Events.  Half USATF Certification #GA13063WC.

Race day and packet pickup begins at 6:30AM

Half Starts at 8:30AM

Awards for the Half Marathon can be picked up as the results are posted.

Awards: All Half Marathon participants will receive a medal.  The Half will have standard Overall and 5-year age group awards.

Timing and Results: Finish line management are results provided by Classic Race Services with results posted to www.classiconestop.com,  www.classicraceservices.com, www.active.com, www.athlinks.com

Series Affiliation: Races are on the 2021 Black Bag Race Series .

Shirts and Goodies: Shirts are guaranteed to those who pre-register by 11/17/21.  Those registering after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size.  There will be plenty of refreshments.

Other Info: In case of rain, the races will go on.  Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time.  If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time.  Sorry, no refunds.
