Not only a chance to get an early season fall 5K completed on a flat and fast course, this first ever Homecoming Run is meant to invite the spirit of the Homecoming - not just for Woodland High School Wolves who are celebrating their annual homecoming after the era of COVID - where the community of runners and walkers can run around the vibrant Woodland High School campus and experience all the hope and inspiration that the 100+ year old educational institution can offer. Also, this is a fund raiser for the Athletics Department and participants many of the beneficiary teams helping during the run outfitted in their uniforms while other thriving programs of Woodland High will be on "display" while covering the unique course intended to "show off" the campus. Awards, commemorative medals to first 25 registrants, unique mid race entertainment, as well as a fun t-shirt to purchase will make this a "must do" run/walk intended to become an annual cornerstone in the local fitness rotation. The race will start and finish from the high school track stadium.
