Join us for our annual "It's Personal" 5k Run For Mental Health event that will take place at Little Mulberry Park in Dacula and we are at the FENCE ROAD entrance!! 

An AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event!

Its Personal 5K is a community based and family-friendly event and proceeds will be used to support
Navigate Hope's worthy mission of addressing the needs for Mental Health education and resources for our schools, first-line responders, veterans, and community.

Statistics indicate that 1 in 5 Americans struggle with mental health and 1 in 4 between the ages of 13 and 18.  We also know that the recent events related to the pandemic have increased anxiety, depression, and fear across the board.

Packet Pickup/Race Check-in: 8:00
5k Starts: 9:00
Awards to be given to top 3 finishers

Participants can still create individual or team race and fundraiser pages.

Navigate Hope, Inc is a 501c3 non-profit dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of all members of the community through outreach, education, and support.  It is our belief that providing training, support, and education to empower community members will revolutionize the way we view mental health and educational support.
