20th Annual 10K, 5K, 1 Mile Fun Run, and Trix® Tot Trot

Participants in the 10K, 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run will receive a shirt with their registration fee. Participants in the Trix® Tot Trot will receive a medal with their registration fee, and can purchase a t-shirt for an additional $10.

The Covington Cheerios® Challenge started in 2001 in conjunction with the Y's Healthy Kids Day to promote exercise and healthy living. It has grown from 45 kids running the 1 mile to over 1,300 adults and children of all ages in four different races. All proceeds go toward our Annual Campaign, which helps families and children participate in our programs who otherwise would not be able to due to financial hardship.

Prizes for overall fastest times - men & women. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards in each age division. Cash prize of $100 for breaking the course record (Male 5K 14:48, Female 5K 17:15, Male 10K 31:16, Female 10K 36:20). All kids (up to age 12) participating in the 1 mile fun run will receive a ribbon.

There will be activities for the entire family near the finish line.

We welcome any health & fitness related or kid friendly vendors to join us.

Packet Pickup:

Friday November 5th 10:00 am - 6:00pm

Race Times:

7:15 AM - 10K

8:45 AM - 5K

9:30 AM - 1 Mile Fun Run

9:45 AM - Trix* Tot Trot (ages 5 and under)
