This is the 7th annual Salmon Run!! Due to the unknown of Covid-19, this years event will have an in person and virtual option. Participants are welcome to run a 5K and/or 10K, as well as complete a 1 mile family fun walk.

The 5k and 10k race routes are challenging with varied terrain, and offer the beautiful scenery of Lake Michigan and the city of Grand Haven.

This event is associated with the Grand Haven Salmon Festival and organized by the The Momentum Center for Social Engagement.

Proceeds from this event will benefit The Momentum Center for Social Engagement in Grand Haven. The Momentum Center offers social and recreational activities for people with mental illness, addictions and disabilities. No referral or clinical diagnosis is necessary. Monthly calendars are available and everyone is invited to stop in and see what it's all about. Membership costs just $1 per year and allows individuals to participate in all scheduled activities and events. Occasionally there might be an optional activity that requires a small nominal charge. Start Time: September 18, 5k begins at 8am, 10k begins at 8:30am, 1-mile walk begins at 9am
