Description

Mary's House is a pregnancy care center providing free pregnancy tests, free ultrasounds, someone to talk to and help getting a doctor for any pregnant woman.  Over 1600 women in the Shreveport-Bossier City area have received prenatal care and support at Mary's House.

Saturday, May 22nd 8:00 a.m. – Mary’s House, 906 Margaret Place, Shreveport, LA 71101

 

Registration:  

$20.00 until May 1st,

$25.00

May 2nd thru May 21st,

Race Day is $30.00

 

You must register no later than May 13th to guarantee a shirt.

    

Packet Pick-Up:  Packet pick-up will be held at Sportspectrum 6970 Fern Ave., Shreveport

Thursday, May 20th from noon- 6:00 p.m.,

Friday, May 21st from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

You may also pick up your packet on Race Day at the race site starting at 7:00 a.m.

 

Sleep-in Supporter: If you cannot be there, but still want to show your support. Sign up as a Sleep-in Supporter. You will still receive a shirt. 

 

Awards:  Overall winner, male & female, will win $100 each and overall runner up, male & female $50 each.  Additionally, 1st & 2nd place male and female winners in the following age groups also win an award.

 

Age Groups:  14-under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

 

Post Party: Make sure to stick around after the race for awards, snacks. 

 

Special Note:  Strollers, wagons, baby joggers, and any hand pushed or pulled vehicle will be allowed on the course, but at a walk pace capacity only. Absolutely NO in-line skates, roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on run course. This rule is an RRCA regulation! No dogs are allowed on the course.
