Come out and support the Union Cross Firefighters Association fundraising efforts by running or walking in the Union Cross 5k Memorial Fun Run/Walk. Proceeds will go to the Union Cross Firefighters Association and a donation will be made to the North Carolina Fallen Firefighters Foundation in memory of Chad Greene.

Packets can be picked up at the station located at 4401 High Point Rd. Kernersville on Friday May 21, 2021 from 5 - 7. pm

Race will take place at Southeast Middle School 1200 Old Salem Rd., Kernersville (Please click on photos at the bottom of this page to see the run/walk routes)

This is a self timed fun run/walk.

Check In: 7:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.

Race Start:  8:30a.m.

T-shirt only sales are available $25 per shirt! If you do not wish to participate in the event, but you would like a t-shirt you are welcome to order one. Please email [email protected] to order a t-shirt. Deadline to order t-shirts May 9, 2021.

We are seeking Sponsors for the event! Sponsorship is $100 and your logo or business information will be placed on the back of the event shirt. Sponsors will receive an event t-shirt. Please email [email protected] to become a sponsor. We will need a high resolution logo; high resolution jpg, pdf, eps. Deadline is May 1, 2021. CLOSED. 

If you would like to honor the memory of a loved one you can have their name placed on the back of the event t-shirt for $10 (spaces are limited. Email [email protected]. Deadline is May 1, 2021. CLOSED

Each paying registrant will receive an event t-shirt, refreshments, a sticker, and a certificate of participation. Kids will receive refreshments, a sticker, and a certificate of participation.

Covid 19: Masks are required when you are not running or warming up. Spectators are required to wear masks. Please practice social distancing guidelines.
