We are inviting you to join with us in supporting our residents and facility by participating in our first THURSTON WOODS VILLAGE RUN FOR THE RESIDENTS 5K. It is no secret that COVID has had a devastating impact on the Nursing Home Industry, and our residents are feeling the effects in ways that are not always talked about. Because of COVID, we have been forced to keep our doors closed for visitation.  Our staff has worked hard to help residents with virtual family visits but our residents deserve more.  Your support of this event will help us purchase supplies that will allow residents to visit family safely in person and keep them safe.

Event Times: 
Friday, May 21, 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:00pm Early T-Shirt and Packet Pick Up 
Saturday, May 22,  8:30 - 9:15 am  Packet Pickup and Same Day Registration at race site
Saturday, May 22,  9:30 am    Race begins
Saturday, May 22,  10:30 am  Racer Raffle 

Registration Fees: 
$25 Early Registration (now through March 25, 2021 at 11:59pm)
$30 Registration (March 26 – May 3 , 2020 at 11:59pm)
$35 Late Registration (May 4 - May 20 at 11:59 pm) 
$40 On Friday and Event Day Registration

Kids Rate:  10 and under are FREE of charge, T-shirt not included

T-Shirts:
To be guaranteed a T-shirt, registration must be completed before May 3 (11:59 pm).  A limited amount of extra T-shirts will be ordered and will be available on a "First Come, First Serve" basis on race day.

Weather Disclaimer:
We want everyone to have a fun and safe experience!  We hope that our race proceeds without any delay! However, race directors have the right to cancel the race due to inclement weather, or other unforeseen reason that would jeopardize racer or volunteer safety. In these circumstances, refunds will not be made.  We thank you in advance for your understanding.
