Description

The Regents Coed Cross Country Camp for 6th – 8th grade will provide informative training sessions including running technique, strategy of a cross country race, running drills, foot drills, strength/core work, and provide a fun experience for all. This camp is run by our AD over Cross Country, Nate Turner. Nate has a business helping athletes improve their speed, so cross country camp is a perfect fit for him!
