Ready, set, soar! The key to excelling in all sports is speed and/or endurance and proper form. With the coach's guidance, you will set personal goals and strive each day to reach them along with participating in cross training, fun runs, and relays with other campers. Fitness games, group games, and more fun activities will be incorporated in the daily schedule. Our coaches will work on specific technique to improve your form as a runner and help increase your speed and endurance. Come soar with us! Social distancing will be required.
