The 8th annual Heart & Sole race runs its course through downtown Midland. Racers start and finish at the Midland YMCA.

This family friendly race benefits the YMCA Annual Campaign.  The YMCA welcomes all to participate and believes no one should be denied access to the Y based on the ability to pay. Through our annual campaign scholarship program, the YMCA of Midland provides assistance to local youth, adults, and families based on individual needs and circumstances.

Times below will remain the same for rescheduled date:

Registration/Late Packet Pick up: 8:30am

Registration closes at 9:15am

Kids Fun Run 1K Start: 9:30am

10K Start: 9:50am (after 1K finish)

5k Start: 10am

**10K Course has 2-hour time limit
