Stay active this summer: Get Outside, Work Hard, Have Fun! Weeklong, half-day camps geared at giving every kid elite coaching to reach their potential. Improve technique + increase speed and strength in a positive, non-competitive environment. Our method uses training theory designed specifically for growing youth to increase speed, strength, flexibility, agility and endurance. Kids get to have fun developing athleticism with drills, games, and attentive instruction from certified and experienced coaches! Camps are from 9am-1pm, Monday-Friday. Each week will build on a variety of skills and movements Monday-Thursday and culminate with recording various event times/weights/accuracy on Fun Day Friday, followed by time at the pool. Please bring a lunch or purchase from Cake Crumbs next to our gym. Students will need a scooter or bike with helmet to transport to and from the field. For Central Park families, we will provide a courtesy group bike escort from Sand Park to our gym on Kearney before and after camp each day.
