Spring Fling Sprint Triathlon
600 yard Swim 15 mile Bike 5K Run

T-Shirts or sizes can not be guaranteed for registrations received after June 1, 2021

Course Information:

• Swim: 600 yd swim is a wave start.
• Bike: The 15 mile bike course is flat and fast.
• Run: The  5K is very flat and fast and ends in the park.

• 5:30 am Transition Opens.
• 5:30 am to 7:00 Packet Pick Up.
• 7:00 Transition Closes.
• 7:30 am Pre-Race Meeting.
• 7:45 am Swim Start.
• 11:00 am Awards Ceremony.
