Inspired by this simple and succinct message, the Keep Running series takes runners along the Mt. Vernon Trail for an out & back course starting at Mount Vernon Estates on February 14 and 21. If you’re looking for a chance to get off the pavement join us for two loops around Mount Vernon District Park on February 28.

There are no awards and no medals. We are sticking to the basics and offering an in-person, chip-timed event for everyone who misses the thrill of racing with others (even if socially distant) and crossing an actual finish line. 

No matter how fast or slow you walk or run, there’s only one thing to do: #KeepRunning
