The 15th Annual ShamRock Run (Official AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event) is a charity run benefitting Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity. Over the past 25 years, NCHFH has constructed new homes, renovated and repaired existing homes, and contributed to projects that support local neighborhood revitalization efforts. In addition to these efforts, NCHFH has tithed funds from its local operation to support relief efforts for 26 families internationally. (Adapted from https://www.nchfh.org/about)

The 10K course is for competitive runners, the 5K and Leprechaun Dash for the whole family. The 5K and 10K race routes are both (NEW) USATF certified courses. The Leprechaun Dash will be 2 laps around the Courthouse Square. Walking and strollers are welcome for the 5K and the Leprechaun Dash. Orion Racing will professionally manage the finish line and use RFID chip timing to ensure the most accurate finish times possible. A flat screen TV will be on site to provide a live results feed. Results will be emailed to participants at the end of the race.

No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants

March 10, 2021 - Last day for online registration

March 12, 2021 - Packet Pick up- Race packets will not be mailed. Packets can be picked up on Friday, 3/12/2021 at Dragonfly Running Company, 10 LaGrange St, Newnan GA 30263 from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. OR on Race Day at the registration table. *Late registration is also available at this time and on race morning.

March 13, 2020 - Race Day!

6:30 - 7:30 am - Late Registration and Late Packet Pick-up available

7:45 am - Leprechaun Dash begins

8:00 am - 5k, 10k begin

9:30 am - Course closes. **Please make sure you can finish your race by this time**

Award ceremony will begin once a winner from each category has crossed the finish line.

Street parking is available around the square. Street closings will begin around 7:30 am.

Awards will be given for the most creative green costume for an adult and for a child 12 and under.

Results will be posted on NJSLserves.org, Active.com and orionsportstiming.com. These times may be printed and used on the Peachtree Road Race application.
