The seldom-seen Freedom Tunnel will echo with the sound of your feet as you run over it and through NYC's quintessential Riverside Park.  Wedged between the historical Upper West Side neighborhood and the Hudson River this venue is known for its gorgeous views of Manhattan’s waterfronts, lush greenery, and myriad walking and biking paths.  Enjoy it all with a course that will leave you wanting to explore more of this 150-year-old park designed by America's renowned landscape architect Fredrick Law Olmsted.

Location: Riverside Park - Entry on 84th Street and Riverside Drive (New start location this year due to construction)

The course consists of 4  loops. Every loop is timed and splits uploaded in real-time! 

Water Stations: There will be water stations about every 1.5 miles along the course.  "Touchless Grab and Go" stations with bottled and capped water. These will not be handed to you.

• Personalized bib (must register 4 weeks prior) commemorative bib thereafter.

• Die-Cast Medal with full-color ribbon

• Awards/Plaques for Top 3 overall Male and Female

• Awards/Plaques for Top 3 Age Groups Male and Female 14- 19, 20-24 until 75-79

• Post Race bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly, and peanut butter. PENDING APPROVAL

Race Day Packet Pick-up:

Male 6:00 a.m. to 6:45 a.m.  & Female 8 am to 8.45 am

• Bring picture I.D.

• You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.

Baggage Check-in starts at 6 am.

• Your bib will have a tear-off tag that you will pin to your personal bag.

• You need to show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from the secure area.

RACE START: Two waves: Male 7 a.m. and Female 9 a.m.

Splits per loop and finish time are provided in real-time and online.

Awards Ceremony: about 90 minutes after each wave start. 

Post Race Celebration!  Bagels, fruits, and drinks!
