THIS IS A LIVE-RACE!
Wire2Wire Running will be professionally timing the race with RFID-chip technology.
The race's staging area is at Heritage Baptist Church located at 1070 Douthit Ferry Rd. Cartersville, GA 30120, while the race's actual starting line is across the street at the Senior Aquatic Center.
This race is to bring awareness to our community of available resources for those who are affected by addiction and will greatly impact the ability to improve these resources.

RACE COURSE
The 5K course is a Peachtree Qualifier and has been USATF-Certified (#GA20019WC).
The race starts just across the street near the Senior Aquatic Center at Sam Smith Park (1155 Douthit Ferry Rd. Cartersville, GA 30121.) Runners leave the Aquatic Center area and turn north onto the paved walking trail, heading towards Cartersville Middle School. After making a quick U-turn, runners head south just a bit before the trail veers right and continues counter-clockwise down towards the CMS soccer fields, then continuing the loop down along the Etowah River, before returning up to the Aquatic Center to finish.

14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over.
Post-race snacks will be provided upon return to the staging area at Heritage Baptist Church!! Will be a great day to support recovery in our community!!
PARKING & RESTROOM FACILITIES
There will be parking + restroom facilities available at Heritage Baptist Church.
(NOTE: The few parking spots at the Sr. Aquatic Center will be strictly reserved for our volunteers and our handicapped/elderly guests. All others, we respectfully ask to park across the street at Heritage Baptist.)
