Description



Girls on the Run is an after school program that inspires girls to be joyful,healthy and confident using a fun,experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. Find out more at www.gotrdetroit.org


HYBRID: This team will meet in person at Frost Middle School Outdoor Track 2x per week.




Please bring athletic shoes and a water bottle.




Fall 2020: Please refer to our website at gotrdetroit.org for our updated Safety Plan.






Each team will still have a culminating 5K in the month of November. This event will be held virtually or on site, outdoors - the YMCA and GOTR will follow all state and local guidelines and update families as our season progresses. Check our website for updates www.gotrdetroit.org/gotr-5k
