ADULT RUNNING: Geared toward Beginner & Intermediate Adult runners age 19+
meets 5pm-6pm on 6 Thursdays: Sept. 24th – Oct 29th
This "low-key" ; "learn-by-doing" 6 week program is geared towards adults (19+) that are relatively new to running and want to learn the fundamentals from the Pros! Week 1 will meet at the Rec Field Track. It is also recommended for experienced runners that are looking to supplement their current training with group activities. Safe & Informative!
