Become a dynamic runner with the guidance of avid track enthusiasts! Train using sprints and exercises including yoga poses and movements. Gradually develop your running endurance to a mile or more. As your running skills improve, so will your self-esteem and self-confidence. Class ends 12/18 Instructor: Danny Crawford and Kimberly Tan Choose dates that students will be in school. Class will not meet in inclement weather.
