Join Heart N Hands for “Running for the HEART” In-Person 5K Run/Walk for the 1st 25 registrants | Heart Health on the Bayou! 

Saturday, October 24, 2020 | Registration begins at 8:30am | 5K Begins at 9:00am | Starting Line-Bayou St. John at Wisner across from PanAm Stadium

Heart N Hands wants you to get active by loving your heart. What have you done for your heart lately?   This is a great time to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your heart some love.  Running for the HEART 5K is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running and/or Walking we can come together as a virtual community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!

♥️Register for the 3-Day "Running for the HEART" Run/Walk 5K
♥️Complete the 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk on September 19, 2020 (First 25 participants eligible for in-person 5K, observing social distancing)

♥️Celebrate your success & accomplishment of how you love for your heart 

Heart N Hands Mission is to raise awareness and educate girls aged 10-18 about heart health and heart disease prevention.
