2020 PARLOR CITY 5K RUN CANCELLED: 

5/21/20: We regret to inform you that due to COVID-19 concerns the Downtown Binghamton Business Association is cancelling the 2020 July Fest, the Parlor City 5K Race, and the Binghamton Music Festival. Although we are all extremely disappointed, the safety and wellness of all of our athletes, volunteers, families, spectators, vendors, musicians and guests is of utmost importance. July Fest has been a 58-year tradition showcasing Downtown Binghamton and all it has to offer. We look forward to our 2021 July Fest and Binghamton Music Festival and 13th Annual Parlor City 5K Run to be held Saturday, July 10, 2021. In the coming days we will contact all 2020 registrants about transferring their entries to the 2021 race or obtaining a refund. Please stay safe and keep on RUNNING! Thank you for your support!
