Description

Motus Capitol View is part of the Motus Off-Road series.  This race will be staged at Capitol View Park in Frankfort, KY.  The swim will take place in the Kentucky River.  The mountain bike course will take place on the well maintained trails (thanks to KYMBA).  It will feature all 3 sink holes that are very unique to this trail system and a few other sections to keep it fun and interesting for athletes.  The run will feature the remaining part of the mountain bike/running trails not utilized by the mountain bike course within this park.  The run features the "Green Monster," a long and fairly steep hill on the run course.

This great city park is right off the highway and has easy access.  Several places to stay the night if needed are close by as well.
