Join Hannah’s Heroes of NC virtually or in person for our annual family-friendly 5k Glow Run/Walk to raise money to support scholarships and service projects while empowering youth to explore their interests with acts of kindness.

Multiple Options for 2024

In-Person Event – Run a chip-timed, USATF certified 5K with safety precautions in place and post-race snacks on 9/21.  5K race begins at 7:00 followed by Family Fun Run/Walk at 7:30pm. Be sure to wear your best GLOW GEAR as we run/walk on the Washington waterfront!

• In-Person 5K 


• In-Person 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk

Virtual – Participate from anywhere and run/walk between 9/22-9/28.  Feel connected with the Interactive Race Day Experience App – RaceJoy with Live Tracking, GPS Progress Alerts and Virtual Cheers!

• Virtual 5K 


• Virtual 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk 

T-Shirt sizes will be guaranteed to all participants who register by August 30th.  Sizes will be Youth (Small to XL) and Adult (Small to XXL). 

Packet/Swag Pickup:

Overall Finishers for Male and Female

Family Teams – awards given to top 2-person team with one member under 18 and one member over 18.  In order to be eligible for family team awards, you must register online and complete pre-registration.  Registration not available on race day.
