The 2nd Annual Heroes On The Water 5K Run & Walk will be held on October 10th, 2020. Participants will run or walk through the beautiful Jonathan Dickinson State Park. With our 2019 race being a success, we are excited to bring the Heroes On The Water 5K back for its second year! Participants now have the option of registering for a timed run, untimed walk or a virtual 5K! Also new to this year's race, all participants will be receiving Finisher medals!! Proceeds from this race will go to the Heroes on the Water Treasure Coast Chapter. 

Heroes on the Water is a 501(c)(3) veterans’ charity that creates alternative therapeutic programs to serve veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders and their families.

Event details and schedule

Race Day Schedule: Saturday October 10th, 2020.

6:30 AM Packet Pick-Up and race day registration begin

7:15AM Warm up at the Start Line

7:30 5K Run & Walk Starts

8:15 Awards Ceremony Begins

 

Timed runners will be given a shirt, race bib, finisher medal, finisher certificate and an individual results page with an individual finish line video! This race will be chip timing with LIVE RESULTS and there will be preliminary Results' Kiosks provided for you to search for your preliminary results. There will also be a Finish Line Video that captures a clip of you coming across the Finish Line for you to share or download!

 

There will be water along the course and at the start/finish line along with other light snacks available after you finish! 

 

Awards:

Awards will be given to the Overall Top 3 Male & Female Runners.

 

Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up

Packet Pick-Up will be held on Friday October 9th, at Fleet Feet Staurt from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.

 

Park Entry Fees are waived for all participants!
