Description

The annual Kokopelli Classic Trail Runs will be held on August, 27th 2022 at the Kokopelli Trailhead south of Loma, Colorado off of Interstate 70. All proceeds from the race benefit the Mesa County Search and Rescue Ground Team. All entrants will receive a race shirt and a goodies bag.

Event details and schedule

Glorious views will be your domain as you run your way around the infamous Mary's loop bike trail in Western Colorado's red rock country.  The trail will start with some road then transition to sweet single track for the bulk of the race with commanding views of the desert and Colorado River.

T-shirts not guaranteed after July 31st.

Start time for the half will be 6:30am.  Start time for the 8 mile will be 7:00am.  Start time for the 5K will be 7:30.   Please no dogs on the course.  Bring and wear trail running gear for the conditions at hand, usually cool start time and hot at the finish.  Aid stations-water, gatorade, gels, fruit.  To avoid waste, please consider personal hydration.
