Do you want to be a Streaker? 

 

Vac & Dash is coming up with creative ways to motivate you to keep moving in a socially responsible way during these uncertain times.  

Here's you chance to be a Summer Streaker.   Walk or Run at least a mile a day each and every day from April to August.  You can run/walk outside or on a treadmill.  It's a great goal to help families get out of the house and get some fresh air and sunshine.

The first fifty people that register will have their name in a drawing for prizes including a new pair of shoes and a Vac & Dash Wall Clock.  The Challenge is open to anyone in the continental USA.

 

Note that you have to run or walk at least a mile each and every day from April to August.  If you skip a day your streak is done.  At the end of each month you will mark a box on a google docs spreadsheet that you completed your mile.

 

Participants will have their choice of a short sleeve t-shirt or a ladies tank top.  We will mail the shirts to all participants.

 

At the end of each month, just mark an x on the google docs spreadsheet to verify that you have ran or walked each and every day of the month. 

 

Prizes will be given out throughout the summer to those that are continuing to streak and those that complete the streak at the end of the summer.
