The McLaren Bay Medical Foundation is hosting its 5th Annual 5K Run/Walk Saturday, August 29, 2020 at 9am at Uptown Bay City. **Please note the rescheduled date from May 2 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

All proceeds from this event will go toward the purchase of a state-of-the-art Cardiac Telemetry System, which will ensure that heart events are caught quickly and help save lives. 

The race will start and finish west of the McLaren Bay Region Uptown building located at 4 Columbus Ave. Bay City, MI 48708. 

Virtual 5K: The Virtual 5K will be held BEFORE the 5K this year. Participants who register need to complete the 5K anytime before August 28th and will receive a special partipcation token. All registrants of the Virtual 5K will receive a quarter zip! 

Health and Wellness Fair: The Health and Wellness Fair will take place during the packet pick-up on Friday, August 28th in the Retail Galleria of Uptown Place. Attendees are able to have to receive the following screenings/tests: glucose, blood pressure, BMI, pulse, body fat, joint test, sleep disorder risk assessment, and many more! Participants of the Virtual 5K are also able to pick up their participation token. This event is free to attend for all participants of the 5K and Virtual 5K!

7:30am Late Registration and Packet-Pick Up
9 am     5K Walk/Run

Adult 5K:

$25 (before July 24)

$30 (July 25 - August 15)

$35 (After August 15, with t-shirt only if available)

5K Ages 18 & Under

Virtual 5K:

$50

Both 5K and Virtual 5K:

$75

All advanced registrants of the 5K will receive a t-shirt.
Snacks and beverages will be provided after the race.
Awards given to top finisher in each age category.

All participants will be entered into a random prize drawings that will take place after the race; must be present to win.
