Description

A truly unique running experience at the historic Blackacre Conservancy. The original Tyler Homestead is still in tact and its shaded beauty will welcome you to a wilderness retreat that is nearly a secret. Located off of Tucker Station Road (near Taylorsville Rd and Gene Snyder), the farm boasts over 300 acres of pristine fields and forest.

Race distance of 4 Miles and 8 Miles will be available to runners at their option.

All participants will receive a unique wooden medallion as memento of this first time event. Runners may also receive a tri-blend race tee if they choose. If, particpants elect "No Shirt", $5 will be donated to the Blackacre Conservancy. 

Post Race donuts from North Lime Donuts, with a special edition donut called the BlackCaker!

Packet Pick Up - Friday August 14th at Blackacre from 2-6 pm. Packets will be available in the Moses Tyler stone cottage.
