We live in a Grab-and-Go society, where people often grab some food as they head out the door to the next activity. Wouldn't it be cool to know how to make meals that are portable? Foods stuffed into other foods, like calzones, spring rolls, sushi, empanadas and burritos can all be packed in a lunchbox or eaten on-the-run.
